wearin' my baby

We were gifted another carrier for Maya- a sling type-- here we are trying it out.
Carriers are so nice I enjoy them and so does Maya - as long as I keep moving. She starts to fuss as soon as I stand still or sit down.
Lately she likes to face out so she can see whats happening from my height perspective and this particular carrier allows her to do just that.

Mommy and me

We had our 2nd mommy and me here yesterday.
Maya and I have been taking an attachment parenting class and we met Jessica and her daughter Marlo there. I asked her if they wanted to join us and she said yes. They came yesterday along with Janine and her daughter Aya. The other 3 mommies couldnt make it this week but I hope we will have a full house in 2 weeks.
Marlo was born November 24 so shes the oldest of all of the babies.
Aya was born December 30 2 days after Maya
All the of them were born at UCLA with midwives.
here are some pics:

15 weeks old!

today Maya is 15 weeks old I can't believe it!
We are having technical difficulties with our camera sadly so I dont have any photos to share but she is making some great developments
She can hold her head up really well.
She is starting to try and roll over.
She discovered her hands and they are always in her mouth now, I'm thinking this is the precursor to teething.
Yesterday she decided to bring her mouth to her hands instead of the other way around.
She was doing really well with nursing and I was weaning the bottle, but now shes back to sleeping on me more and more so we are back to the bottle more and more too.
She has such a wonderful personality developing and it is SO much fun being her mom.
