jumperoo!

Pedja got Maya this awesome jumperoo and here she is trying it out for the first time.
Of course she had to taste it.
I think it passes the test she doesnt cry when shes in it and she is even interacting with it a bit.
Im so proud of my big girl.

my little model

I recently purchased a Marc Jacobs onesie for Maya - but in my defense, it was in exchange for an outfit that was too small. I had no idea he did baby clothes, but its so frickin' cute im so glad he does!
Is something wrong that my daughter has clothing by my favorite designer and I don't?

Maya's first roadtrip!

Pedja was able to take a couple of days off last week for the first time since Maya was born YAY!! We decided to take a road trip to visit auntie Andrea and uncle Ben (and their awesome ball catching dog Charlie) in Phoenix in our new car!! It was so much fun!! Check out Maya and her first pool experience! She loved it.

She was so relaxed with her dad in the water, she went in every day!
But my favorite part was getting to lay out on one of their rafts in the 80 degree pool every day. Mama was SO happy to get a little color, everyone knows im a BIG fan of the sun.
The last pic is the beautiful couple who were such gracious and accomodating hosts. they opened up every inch of their home to us and we had SUCH a great time eating, cooking, shopping (just a little), and swimming. We miss them so much already.

uncle dan

Maya and i spent the afternoon with uncle Dan last week. Not much more to say :)

teething

Maya has been showing signs of teething for a while but we only recently introduced some cold teethers.
She loves the foot and the butterfly most so far. We give them to her when we eat to keep her occupied in her rocker.

5 months old

For Maya's 5 month birthday Pedja and I decided to celebrate with her and for her by going to our favorite french bakery Amandine for breakfast. HIGHLY recommended if you're ever in town. This Motorhead onesie was her gift from him.
